He hopes to broaden the organization's clinical impact and to have service opportunities for both Clinic and Mentoring/Outreach.

As part of DvA, she is looking forward to analyzing data on different aspects of substance use and publishing our findings.

Research Co - Director
Stephanie Barna

She has seen how pervasive addiction is, both in a clinical setting and within her social circle. She feels by joining DvA she can help make a positive impact by raising awareness about addiction and about resources that are available to mitigate harm, not only among other medical students, but in the community as well. As one of the research co-directors, she hopes to use her position to help look into areas where medical education can improve regarding addiction and resources that can be shared with future patients and the community.
